Just remember not to over think it when it comes to answering the questions…and if you do have a tendency to over think things, (or if you’re very good at getting in your own way!), do the same exercise everyday for 1 week, everyday coming up with new and different answers, and by the end of that week you’ll be closer than ever to your truth.
