“I contacted Lydia because my 15 year old daughter was showing different signs of stress about friendships, boyfriends, exam pressure etc. Her behaviour and personality had changed and she was highly anxious. It was beginning to affect how we functioned as a family, and effect her younger sister. Lydia kept an open dialogue with both myself and my daughter, whilst my daughter also got some one to one time with Lydia without either of her parents present so she could talk about how she really felt. The changes in my daughter were obvious after just one session, and whilst there continued to be ups and downs initially, my daughter is know in a much happier place and feels able to her own person again.
Lydia provided an impartial and safe place for my daughter to talk, and I gained my fun loving daughter back.
I would have no hesitation in going back to see Lydia again in the future, either for myself or my daughter.”
