March has been another month focussed predominantly on Mindfulness me as my two 1 day Mindfulness workshops have taken off and met and very lovely, inquisitive and receptive audience across the UK.
To this end I would like to share with you all another great Mindfulness tomb.
Author Oli Doyle has created a book in Mindfulness Plain & Simple, that does exactly what it says on the tin – it tells you about Mindfulness Plain & Simple. To me this book is a great beginners guide to the theory of Mindfulness however it may not help you develop you practice like other Mindfulness books I’ve recommended before (click here to see those books).
There are guides to practising Mindfulness meditation throughout the book and I would suggest that reading the book in conjunction with say the Headspace app would be a really great self taught guide.
